Made from high-quality natural wood, wooden side tables are carefully selected to ensure a beautiful grain and solid texture. The wood is then dried naturally for more than 45 days and baked at a constant temperature to precisely control the moisture content at 8% - 10%, effectively preventing the side table from deforming and cracking during use. 

    In the cutting and sanding process, high-precision equipment is used to process the wood into the required components, and each piece undergoes 12 fine sanding processes, from coarse sanding to 1,200-mesh fine sanding, so that the surface achieves a silky-smooth touch. For the wooden bed side table, the edges of the table are rounded and hand-polished for safety and to avoid the risk of knocks. For wooden sofa side table with drawers, the drawer slides will be made of three silent slides to ensure smooth opening and closing without noise. 

 

    The painting process is equally elaborate, using environmentally friendly water-based paint to spray the side table seven times, each time after spraying, leave it to dry naturally for 24 hours to form a dense film of paint, which not only resists daily scratches, but also perfectly preserves the natural texture and color of wood. Some of the high-end styles are also made with mortise and tenon joints without the use of a single nail, which ensures a solid structure and highlights the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.
