From the forest to the living room: the philosophy of sticking to the original wood 

The soul of high-quality wood furniture begins with the extreme demand for raw materials. The new collection is made of high-quality wood from FSC-certified forests in North America, including ash, black walnut and cherry, to ensure sustainability and stability from the source. Each panel undergoes 6 drying processes, and the moisture content is strictly controlled between 8%-12%, which can effectively avoid deformation and cracking even in the cold of Northern Europe or the hot and humid environment of Southeast Asia, and is suitable for the diversified climates around the world.

 

In terms of craftsmanship, the series continues the iconic mortise and tenon structure: the nesting table adopts “dovetail tenon” to connect the size of the table body, with a load capacity of 50kg and easy to dismantle, so that the small living room can be flexibly laid out; the panel of the TV stand utilizes the “through the belt mortise and tenon” process, leaving 3mm expansion joints, cleverly solving the problem of expansion and contraction of the TV stand. The TV stand panel uses the “through the tongue and groove” technology, leaving 3mm expansion joints, which skillfully solves the physical characteristics of thermal expansion and contraction of wood, and extends the service life to more than 15 years. Unlike the common veneer process in the market, the series insists on cutting the whole board, preserving the natural texture and knots of the wood - the deep brown luster of black walnut, the large mountain grain of ash, and the warm pink tone of cherry, each piece of furniture is a unique work of nature.
