   In order to respond to the growing demand for high quality wooden household products in the global market, we have invested in upgrading our modern production line, which covers a full range of products such as solid wood fireplace mantel, Wooden Dining Table, wooden closet, wooden nightstand, wooden Wine Cabinet, Wooden Shoe Cabinet, wooden desk, wooden Coffee Table, etc. It has increased the productivity by 40%, and the pass rate of the products has stabilized at more than 99.8%. 

    The new production line introduces German Haumai CNC cutting equipment, which controls the precision within 0.1 millimeter for the desktop cutting of wooden Dining Table and plate cutting of wooden closet; Italian SCM sanding machine realizes the automated treatment from rough sanding to fine sanding for the corners of wooden headboard and the surface of wooden desks, which improves the surface smoothness by 30%; the intelligent coating production line adopts the static spraying technology for the coating of wooden wine cabinet, wooden shoe cabinet, wooden coffee table, etc. The production line also adopts the static spraying technology for the coating of wooden wine cabinet, wooden shoe cabinet and wooden coffee table. The intelligent painting production line adopts electrostatic spraying technology to paint wooden wine cabinets, wooden shoe cabinets, wooden coffee tables, etc. The utilization rate of the paint is increased by 25%, and the water-based paint used complies with the EU REACH standard, with the formaldehyde emission lower than 0.1mg/m³. During the production process, the Internet of Things system monitors the data of each link in real time, from the moisture content test of various products to the compression test of the finished product, each index can be traced to ensure the stability of product quality. 

 

    After upgrading the production line, the annual production capacity has been increased to 500,000 pieces, which can simultaneously satisfy the regular replenishment demand of 500 dealers for wooden dining tables and wooden closets, as well as the bulk purchase orders from 200 hotels. For urgent orders, we activate the flexible production plan and prioritize production scheduling to ensure delivery. This series of initiatives not only enhances our supply capacity, but also provides more competitive products and services to our global partners, and develops a larger market together.
